Matthias - The Athletic Explorer

With his background in psychology Matthias brings unique perspectives to our tours. He came to Auroville, India, originally for a year of volunteering form Germany 15 years ago. Matthias then went on to study general, clinical as well as yoga psychology and for his final thesis conducted a study of a contemplative practice indigenous to the Indian sub-continent, the yoga of works or Karmayoga, in Auroville. He’s been living and volunteering there for the past 5 years.
